Megan and Chase first met in Charleston and is where they started their love story, tied the knot at St. Luke’s Chapel then rejoined their guests at The William Aiken House for their gorgeous reception! Coming from the windy city of Chicago to Charleston, the couple included hints of each location into the wedding day like their choice in southern cuisine, Chicago dogs and a Coke for late night snack, and their guest book that was filled with all of Chicago’s history and hot spots. The venue was filled with overflowing greenery, an abundance of pastel florals, as well as hints of powder blue and gold mixed into every detail. We love a cake that makes a statement like a clean white cake adorned with cascading sugar flowers, perfectly positioned in front of a stunning floral adorned mantle which made the perfect backdrop for cutting the cake. The happy couple rode off in a rickshaw decorated in white flowers and greenery as their friends and family waved goodbye with Clemson orange and Kentucky blue pompoms.
