Meet Francesca
As the daughter of a restaurateur, Francesca DiSalvo-Follmer cultivated her passion for event design and management from an early age.
After graduating from Saint Joseph's University in Pennsylvania, Francesca moved to Charleston shortly after getting married and the rest is history.
Her eye for detail, client-first attitude, and efficient approach propelled Pure Luxe Bride into the forefront of Charleston’s finest and most decorated wedding planning and event design companies. Today, Francesca continues to infuse her high-energy, creative personality and focused management style into immersive, personal weddings and events.

While attending the College of Charleston, Blake Baumbach completed a variety of internships with planning companies and venues. In the fast-paced environment, she fell in love with every aspect of wedding planning.
Blake joined the Pure Luxe Bride team in 2013, bringing with her a mastery of organization and creativity. Her keen attention to detail allows for the seamless transition of a customized wedding design to its final production.
Blake’s enthusiasm, elite customer service, and eye for aesthetics ensure that every Pure Luxe Bride wedding is an iconic experience.

Hunter Gaffney joined Pure Luxe Bride in 2016. His eye for detail, positive demeanor, and highly efficient approach make him a huge asset to the team and the perfect point person to oversee a celebration at the end of the night.
In his free time, Hunter enjoys a craft-made cappuccino, practicing yoga, and exploring new places.

From a very early age, Francesca learned the meaning of hospitality from her paternal grandparents, Vincent and Mariannina DiSalvo. Outside of their bustling pasta business in small town Williamsport, PA, they could often be found hosting large gatherings in their home for family and friends alike.
Entertaining has always been a huge part of family life for the DiSalvos and something that holds true to this day in the lives of the PLB team.
While crafting PLB’s visual identity, it felt fitting to include a meaningful symbol that nods to the significance of family, traditions, and heritage. The earrings you see here were purchased by Francesca's grandparents in Florence, Italy, during one of their many trips home. Now, their design adds an elevated yet personal touch to our online home.
