It was Brittney + Ryan’s dream to get married under the oak tree at Middleton Place (where they took their first trip as a couple), and while Hurricane Florence forced them to postpone their big day, they were able to have their dream wedding 9 months later. Brittney took inspiration from the venue’s beauty and nature for her design, think Spanish moss, butterflies, ferns, and wood accents. Walking into this wedding was like walking into an enchanted garden! After their heartfelt ceremony, guests grabbed their personalized butterfly place cards, and entered the magical reception area. Inside the pavilion, there was an abundance of white flowers and greenery that were accented with candlelight and charcoal linens. There were so many sweet personal touches throughout the day like the old fashioned bar for the groom, Aperol spritz, and the sweets table with an amazing waffle cake and all the bride and groom’s favorite candy! Everything about this day was so special, and the perfect way to celebrate Brittney + Ryan’s marriage!
